Refund and Returns Policy

By making a purchase at The Thumbay Shop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms may be subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them regularly.
All products displayed on our premises are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to discontinue any product without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in the local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Thumbay Shop reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
In the event of discrepancy between tag price and system price, the system price will be considered final.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at the point of sale. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Goods once sold will not be refunded.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for exchange only, within 3 days of purchase.
Only merchandise items are accepted for exchange within 3 days of purchase. All other items are excluded.
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless defective. Inspection and confirmation must be ensured at the time of sale.
Proof of purchase is required for exchanges.

The Thumbay Shop is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
